The website for golf courses

Every hole, every pin, every member.

GreensKeepPro gives your course a vivid, modern website and the tools your staff actually use: today's pin positions, the course layout and scorecard, an events calendar, and a members' forum.

Everything in one place

Everything your golfers look for, on one site

The course, today's pins, events, and the members' forum, plus the staff tools that keep them current, in one site built for your course.

golf_course

Course layout and scorecard

Every hole with its tees, yardages, and ratings, on a course page and a scorecard golfers can read on their phone.

flag

Today's pin positions

Staff tap where the cup is on each green. Golfers see the pins on the pin sheet, the course layout, and the home page, and the sheet clears itself at midnight.

event

An events calendar

Club and member events from today on. Golfers request a spot for a party of up to eight, and staff approve every request from one list.

forum

A members' forum

Members post messages and photos, and staff approve each post before it appears. Photos are resized and their location data removed.

campaign

Message of the day

A banner across every page for frost delays, cart rules, or closures, shown until the date you choose.

palette

Four themes, all under par

Birdie, Eagle, Albatross, and Condor. Your course picks the look visitors see first, and golfers can choose their own.

passkey

Accounts and passkeys

Golfers confirm their email, then sign in with a password or a passkey: a fingerprint, a face, or their phone.

admin_panel_settings

Roles for your staff

Super Admin, Admin, Tech Support, Staff, Member, and Guest, each seeing what they need, with every role change recorded.

link

Keeps your providers

Tee times, lessons, the pro shop, and leaderboards link to the systems your course already uses.

For your staff

Run the day from one page

The admin page opens on Today: post the pin sheet and the message of the day, then clear what's waiting, with a badge on every tab that needs you.

  • Post today's pins by tapping where the cup is on each green
  • Put a frost delay or cart rule across every page until the date you choose
  • Approve forum posts, event requests, and spots, checking events still have room
  • Give staff and members the right role, with every change recorded

Make it yours

Four looks, all under par

Your logo and photos, with four themes named for scores under par. Your course picks the one visitors see first, and golfers can switch to the look they like.

Try a theme above to recolor the preview.

How it works

Up and running, step by step

  1. 1mail

    Tell us about your course

Send your course details, logo, photos, scorecard, and the pages you want on your site.

  2. 2golf_course

    We build your course

Your holes, tees, yardages, ratings, pages, and menu go into your own site and database.

  3. 3rocket_launch

    Go live on your domain

We put your site online at your own address, secured with HTTPS, and create your first administrator.

  4. 4flag

    Run the day

Staff post pins and the message of the day, approve forum posts and event requests, and look after accounts.

Your providers

Keep the systems you already use

GreensKeepPro doesn't replace your tee sheet or pro shop. Your site sends golfers straight to the providers your course already uses, right where they look for them.

Questions

Good to know

Is each course its own site?add

Yes. Every course gets its own GreensKeepPro site and its own database on its own domain. Nothing is shared with other courses.

Does GreensKeepPro book tee times?add

Not by itself. Tee times, lessons, the pro shop, and payments link to the providers your course already uses, so nothing about how golfers book or pay has to change.

Does it work on phones?add

Yes. GreensKeepPro is a mobile-friendly website with nothing to install, and golfers can sign in with a passkey using their phone's fingerprint or face.
