Course layout and scorecard
Every hole with its tees, yardages, and ratings, laid out for a quick look on the way to the first tee.
A website golfers come back to, a members' side for your regulars, and the tools your staff use every day.
Golfers find the course, today's pins, and what's on, then sign in for the members' side.
Every hole with its tees, yardages, and ratings, laid out for a quick look on the way to the first tee.
Where the cup is on every green today, on the pin sheet, the course layout, and the home page. Yesterday's pins never linger.
Club events from today on. With an account, golfers see the details and request a spot for a party of up to eight, with a note for staff.
Members share messages and photos with each other. Every post is approved by staff before it appears.
Their details, their event and spot requests with the status of each, their recent forum posts, and their passkeys, all in one place.
Each visitor can switch between Birdie, Eagle, Albatross, and Condor, and their browser remembers the pick.
Staff, admins, and tech support each get the tabs they need, and any tab with something waiting shows a badge.
Post the message of the day and the pin sheet: tap where the cup is on every green. The sheet counts for today only, in your course's time zone.
Search accounts, change roles, resend confirmation emails, send password resets, and approve sign-in email changes.
Approve or reject members' posts before they reach the forum.
Approve or reject event requests and spots, with a reason if you like. Approving a spot checks the event still has room.
Six roles from Super Admin to Guest. Nobody can change their own role, and every change is kept in the history.
Super Admins and Tech Support can take the site offline in one step and bring it back. Visitors see a short message meanwhile.
Everything that makes the site yours is your course's own data, not someone else's template: your name, holes, pages, and photos.
Every hole, every set of tees with its yardages, and your course and slope ratings, kept together so every page agrees.
Rates, the clubhouse, leagues, contact details: the pages and menu your course wants, in your words.
Photos are sized for the web and stripped of hidden details, such as the location a phone records.
With your course's location set, event start times fall between 30 minutes after sunrise and an hour before sunset.
Pick which of the four themes visitors see first.
We build and launch your site, and the details golfers trust you with stay protected.
Each course runs its own GreensKeepPro on its own domain. Nothing is shared between courses.
New accounts confirm their email before they can sign in, and changing a password signs the account out everywhere.
Sign in with Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID, a phone, or a password manager. A course's passkeys only work on that course's site.
A new sign-in email takes effect only after it is approved, through a link sent to the old address or by an admin.
Tee times, lessons, the pro shop, payments, and leaderboards link to the providers your course already uses.
