Is GreensKeepPro right for us?

What is GreensKeepPro?add

A website for your golf course. It gives you public pages, the course layout and scorecard, today's pin positions, an events calendar, a members' forum, and accounts and tools for your staff.

Who is GreensKeepPro for?add

Golf courses and clubs that want a modern website their golfers come back to, with the day-to-day tools staff need built in.

Is each course its own site?add

Yes. Every course gets its own GreensKeepPro site and its own database on its own domain. Nothing is shared with other courses.

Tee times, the pro shop, and your providers

Does GreensKeepPro book tee times?add

Not by itself. Tee times, lessons, the pro shop, and payments link to the providers your course already uses, so nothing about how golfers book or pay has to change.

What happens to the systems we already use?add

You keep them. Your site links golfers to your tee-time, lesson, pro shop, and leaderboard providers from the places they look for them.

Does GreensKeepPro take payments?add

No. League dues, gift cards, and pro shop orders stay with the payment and shop providers your course already uses.

What it does

How do pin positions work?add

A staff member opens Today on the admin page and taps where the cup is on every green. The pins show on the pin sheet, the course layout, and the home page. A sheet only counts for the day it's posted, in your course's time zone, so yesterday's pins never linger.

Who can see events, and who can ask to join?add

Anyone can see the titles and dates of club events. Once golfers create an account they see the details and can request a spot for a party of up to eight. Members also see member events and can ask to host one. Staff approve every request, and approving a spot checks the event still has room.

Are forum posts checked?add

Yes. Every member's post waits for a staff member to approve it before it appears in the forum. A badge on the admin page shows how many are waiting.

Who decides who can do what?add

Your staff, through six roles: Super Admin, Admin, Tech Support, Staff, Member, and Guest. New accounts start as Guest, staff promote real members to Member, nobody can change their own role, and every change is recorded.

Can we take the site offline in a hurry?add

Yes. A Super Admin or Tech Support account can take the site offline with one switch. Visitors see a short message, and those two roles keep full access to bring it back.

Does it work on phones?add

Yes. GreensKeepPro is a mobile-friendly website with nothing to install, and golfers can sign in with a passkey using their phone's fingerprint or face.

Getting started

Can we see it before we decide?add

Yes. Ask for a demo and we'll show you GreensKeepPro running an example course.

What do we need to have ready?add

Your course's name, logo, and photos, your scorecard (holes, tees, yardages, and ratings), and the pages you want, such as rates, the clubhouse, and contact details.

Who sets up our pages?add

We do, when we build your site: your pages, menu, holes, and course details. After that, your staff run the day-to-day from the admin page.

How much does it cost?add

Every course is different, so we quote each one. Tell us about yours on the contact page and we'll get back to you.
